Oncor, a Texas transmission and distribution service provider, wanted to construct a sophisticated microgrid to showcase the latest advancements in energy storage and smart grid technology.

This new case study describes how S&C took Oncor’s previously established electrical infrastructure and repurposed generation equipment and made it function harmoniously with modern generation, switching, and protection equipment.
